We collect, use, disclose, transfer and store personal information when needed to provide our services and for our operational and business purposes as described in this policy.

The Types Of Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information from you when you book a self-catering holiday with us by asking for it over the phone or via email.  We will ask you to provide information such as your name and address, if you are aged over 18, phone number and email address.
We may use CCTV on our park for the purpose of safety and crime prevention.
We do not hold any financial information about you.

We do not use any cookies to collect data from our website nor have any way of capturing or storing any personal data from your use of it.

How We Use Personal Information

We process personal information for i) administration and booking information; for contractual purposes we need to know who is making a booking with us and ii) for accounting  and legal obligations (eg prevention of fraud); we have to keep financial records for a set period. We do not use personal information to deliver marketing communication to you.

To Comply With Our Legal Obligations

We may be required to use and retain personal information for legal and compliance reasons, such
as the prevention, detection or investigation of a crime; loss prevention or fraud. We may also use personal information to meet our iaudit requirements, information security purposes and as we otherwise believe to be necessary or appropriate: (1 under applicable law (2 to respond to requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies and other Public and government authorities (3 to enforce our terms and conditions (4 to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property or these of other persons.

How We Store, Process and Secure Personal Data 

Data is stored on our computer and on a google cloud drive. We password protect our computers and google drive to protect data. 

How Long We Store Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as we reasonably require it for business purposes.In determining data retention periods, we take into consideration the law, contractual obligations and the expectations of our customers.
When no longer needed we securely delete or destroy it.

Access To Personal Information

If you request access to your personal information, we will gladly comply, subject to any relevant legal requirements and exemptions, including identity verification procedures.

Correction And Deletion

You have the right to correct or amend your personal information if it is inaccurate or requires updating. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information however this is not always possible due to legal requirements.
